Rebel Yell 10 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon - Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. For the palate this bourbon has a nice hit of ground cinnamon starts off on the tongue followed by maraschino cherries and candied orange peel.  From there, the 10 years spent in a barrel start to show up with a decent amount of oak, black pepper and caramel.
